Latitude E5400 - Cannot display video on any Projector

Couple moths I was able to use any projector on our facilities, no matter Make, model, etc with my Latitude E5400 but now i just cant get my PC to display video on any projector. when VGA cable is connected resolution on my screen changes an it looks like its about to display the image but it just wont. Already had my Mother board replaced (3 times by DELL), driver updated and still have this issue.

We have about 50 laptops, same model and today 8 are having the same symptoms... any ideas or fix for this issue?
