Latitude e6400 - Contactless Smartcard - not able to register Logininformations for PBA

Hi Dell-Community,

On first: My english is not very good. I'm sorry and i hope you can understand me.

I've an older Latitude e6400. Now i've got a free contactless "iclass" smartcard from HID-Global.

I installed Windows 7 64 bit on my Machine, with newest Bios (A32), installed the newest Drivers, Software and Firmware for the Laptop.

But its not possible to create an Pre-Boot-Authentification.

TPM is active and checked as "OK".

The Embassy-Software requests the contactless smartcard and offers me to put it on the Laptop.

He can find the Smartcarf, offers me to change the PIN, but after that the Software is telling me: "Unable to place Logininformation for Preboot-Authentification"

An other Guy on a german Blog ( www.informatikr.de/2010/05/17/dell-latit...ontaktlose-smartcard ) is showing the Same issue with the newest Drivers and Software. But it should worked have with an other Version of the Drivers and Software.

Badly, i'm not able to locate the older Versions on the Service-Site.

Can anyone helpout ?
